Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that delays might occur due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For simplicity, we offer free shipping on all orders within India. No minimum purchase is required.

In-store Pickup

We currently do not offer in-store pickup as all orders are shipped directly from our warehouse to your location.

Tracking Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [insert your customer service email] with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes due to the size and handling requirements of our products. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Damages
